Fm's don't follow the same pattern as regular cases, you need to read the story and try to glean clues from it. It is the general concensus that FM's are much more difficult than the regular cases at the same level.

Don't feel bad if you can't finish it the first time around. You can try again, and you won't get a False on it even if you guess.

hmmm... I don't think I've done this one, but I might add that it's usually the order you do things in that mucks you up in FM's.

"Research" has usually the killer in the ones I've been stuck on. (Oh and you can use research even if you don't have it when you're doing FM's too.)

In one of the FM's I did, I went off and used Research first chance I got and came up with a decent clue. Unfortunately I should have explored all my options before I used it because I always came to a dead end.

When I played if for the THIRD time and took my time, one of the suspects actually said to me, "Go off and research that" (ok so I paraphrase) and I came up with a completely 'different'Research clue that unlocked heaps of new suspects, AND then I was able to use Research a second time to get that orginal clue.

So you might want to think about the order you've done things in too...

SS - Thanks for taking the time to write all the helps. It took me three times to solve the Unread Will and I have struggled with how FM's work. I need to keep reading more helps before I try to solve another one.

lol well I went and played this FM to satisfy my curiosity. And it took me two goes. And, I don't think I'm any wiser as to why I accused who I accused. But I suppose solved is solved.... maybe :s

I need some help with this one. I have 7 suspects. I can't ask anyone else any more questions and no one in town is talking to me. I can't research anything and I'm not sure if I have to convice anyone. I've tried this one 4 times *grrr* and I can't figure it out. Can someone please help? Are there other suspects I have to find... thanks.

Well, you have all the suspects so you just need to go over what you've found out during your investigations and see if some of it might not indicate who the murderer is - as CFM mentioned, features are more difficult than the regular cases, and the killer not always as obvious, but on the upside you won't get a false if you don't get it right and you can try as many times as you want :)

this one was the hardest one I worked, took me three or four times to get it right (except for Doomsayer 3)
