...perhaps subscribers could have a different color for their
name so that when you go thru the boards a neon green name
refers to a subscriber....one would not then have to pull up the
detective page to see if they are so or not then...

Ugh. "Puce" is the correct and only spelling of that lovely pink-meets-beef-curry shade. "Peuce" (thanks google) is apparently an island in the Romanian bit of the Danube river.
Which means that in fact it is I who is the oxymoron here. What can I say... no man is an island :)

Where it says 'status' it always says "active" (with a few "moderator" "admin" "editor" occasionally.) Well... it's that a tad obvious.. I mean we are active if we're on..
Why not put subbed or unsubbed there instead?

Actually Active currently means that you have logged in during the past 30 days.
But I think that this is a good idea. We can always go to the detectives page to see the last time they logged in. Changing Active/Inactive to Subscribed/Unsubcribed should be a fairly simple programing task.

*giggles* And if you're logged on at that time ... uh, I think you've logged in in the past 30 days ;). Hence, it being redundant.
But, to make myself clear I was talking about the City Hall Board where it shows whose logged in, not Detective Bios.

It pulls that information directly from your Detective Bio I am almost certain.

Maybe so but once logged on that person is now active.
I have never seen an inactive on the Whose logged on page?" and it's that part which I was talking about. The status part on that which says active... it's pretty unnecessary therefore it could say subbed or unsubbed.
Sooooooooooooo what your saying meant nothing about my what I was actually saying :)
Sorry it was so unclear :D I hope this clears it up.

LED, I understand what you mean...When you check the "Who's Logged In Page," obviously everyone on there must be "Active" because if they are logged on at that moment then they have logged on in the last 30 days (The requirement for being active) LOL.
It would make more sense for the label on that page to say something like Subbed or Unsubbed :)
