I have a case where, after visiting all of the locations where someone might know something, I came up with 2 people. One of my suspects who knew something about the murderer got knocked off. The other suspect who "knows" is now clammed up. The tailor will no longer analyze the 2 threads I have (my only clues) because he clammed up and is no longer asking for a bribe. I had 4 suspects until I did research and eliminated one of them.

I still have 3 suspects. Is this where I have to quit the case or is there some other way of gaining information?

I think this is a newbie question. Anyway, the only thing I can think of is to ask every suspect who aint clamped if they know the murderer. The only other way is if you are in a special position (which I am in right now, cant disclose it).
I suggest you may as well quit instead of taking the chance of false accusation.

Yes it seems that you will have to quit the case.

You only get one chance to bribe each townie so if you have exhausted all of those options you will not be able to check your thread.

You might still get Witness Evidence against your suspects if you have any questions left with them. WE + WE will be enough to accuse, or WE against a Liar.

Thanks, R. Anstett. I followed your advice and now the streets are safer. I tip my hat to you.
