I am trying to get on the good side of the Dies Arcunum Brotherhood. I've already learned Hypnotism from the Mayor, and I'm still on the good side of the Order of Socrates. Here's the question: if I do a "little job" for the Mayor, and purposely answer the questions wrong, will that get me more on the good side of the Dies Arcunum and La Cosa Nostra?

No. The little job only changes your standings if you answer the questions correctly. Answering wrong will leave your stats unchanged.

No. Nothing will happen if you purposely answer the questions wrong.
