I think shady is a great idea for controling how well people play. But on the other hand "unsolvable" cases and human error can cause fauls acusations way to easy. I think shady should be changed for this reson. How you ask?

I think the cost should be lowered. I found myself not being able to do any cases for weeks having my agency back me on money till I could pay him off. All because of two cases were evry clue pointed to a certain person but the case said I was wrong. I spent so much money on bribes for those cases just to find out those bribes were worthless.??? Thats not right.

Also I think as your skill level incresis so should the amount of false acusations your alowed.

Fellow Sluethers, what do you think?

OK what is this "In Circle"????

I keep hearing about this and as I am on good terms with everyone in Sleuth for the most part, I resent the idea that there are ppl who think not everyone is welcoming.....

I am relatively new here, not even half a year yet, and every single person I have had dealings with has been nothing but nice to me and very welcoming....if I can get into this "inner circle" so easily, why is it apparently so difficult for everyone else????

Everyone on sleuth has a right to be part of the community, which is the only circle I care about

Well Biggie, possibly you have fit in so well with the "in circle" because you are a conformist and do not go against the grain.

All you need to do is look up posts that promote new ideas or offer suggestions to see how they are responded to by the "in circle".

SAL2 I resent the implication. I disagree with the so-called "In Circle" all the time, and they like me just fine...

If you have some sort of a problem with me, I would hope you would PM me privately to discuss it, since I have never spoken to either you or Della in the entire time I've been on here and you clearly don't know me very well if you think I some sort of a follower....

I just think your comment was slightly uncalled for being that you've never even spoken to me.

((Dang Villian hunt...I did it again))

Okay guys. I think we all understand the points you are making. Can we please let it die here so we don't lose another chunk of Sleuth history?

So now the boards have evolved past targetting people who speak up too haphazardly, and now there are targets on people who get along with other players?

This is why I'm a shadow on the boards. Sad.

Biggie, you seem to be taking personally a comment that was not directed at you in particular. I have no problem with you whatsoever. We've never spoken and I try never to pass judgement on someone with whom I have never spoken. *sigh* but, I am human, so it has happened a time or two. I do wonder though, why you ask what the 'inner circle' is in one post and then seem to know what it is in the next. Just an observation.

My perception does agree with Solve a lot 2's. It is my opinion and I do have a right to express it, just as others have a right to disagree with it. This is where debate comes in. When two differing opinions are discussed calmly and rationally without finger pointing or accusations it is constructive. You may not ever agree, but you can agree to disagree and keep it amicable. We don't all have to agree with one another. What a boring world that would be!

I would welcome talking with you in pm or im about this or anything else you would like to. As anyone who knows me can attest, I am pretty easy to talk to. :)

Ok everyone i think everyone here has made there point and clearly it isn't going to be settled.

CFM has already requested that this post ends. Now why don't we all respect her wishes and let the matter drop. This post is already very close to being deleted as it is.

No one is right and no one is wrong but it's unfair on all those who aren't involved and just want to play Sleuth.

Please everyone lets let this subject drop

Biggie - I did not have a problem with you at all. Up until today, I had never even heard of you.

My post was in response to your post about "resenting the idea that some ppl think their is an inner circle". Your message implicated that somehow the problem was with the people who felt unwelcome. This I did take exception with.

So, I looked up your post history and did not see any posts where you offered suggestions or disagreed with something. That made me think that is the reason you do not notice the "in circle"

Remington - I am not targeting players who get along. On the contrary, that is what I hope will happen. However, if someone attacks my opinions, I have a right to defend them and myself.

Ms. Helen - why is this post about to be deleted. If you all would stop to read my original post, it was not attacking anyone - simply stating my observation.
The people who disagreed with my opinion were the ones who started the "fight".
