I just subscribed yesterday and played my first featured mystery. I've been doing intermediate cases with no problem, but the intermediate FM kicked my butt. I've read that clues are in the write-ups of all the happenings. But even after continuing to go around to the suspects and the townspeople again and again, it didn't seem like I could conclusively prove anyone. I took my best guess since I wouldn't be penalized, but was wrong. What am I missing? Do you pretty much just have to guess?

I was playing the Green Specter by the way.

Darnit Dogberta. Every time I see your avatar, I get a quick twinge of wanting to smoke (then I remind myself, that I left that trap 5 months ago. *woot*)

hey - virtual smokes never hurt nobody. I can get ya some virtual silk stockings like mine, but you'll have to learn to keep your seams straight, kid!

btw, congrats big time on quitting. I quit a few years ago and it does get better - at least as long as I steer clear of the Tricky Mister.

I will be glad when I am just smoking virtually :)

I recommend Allen Carr. I failed on all will power and patch attempts. This method made it rediculously easy to quit an almost 15 year habit of smoking 1-2 packs a day.
