Pop ups are small text windows that pop when you view pages on the net. There are mostly used for annoying commercials. That is why many ppl blok them. But they are important in sleuth.
When someone sends you a messege it will show when you switch screens in sleuth. But if you have a pop up blocker you wont see them.
Go to your brouwser internet options and add sleuth to the allowed websites list.
Or go to your fire wall programe and do the same.
Send a PM to yourself to see if it worked.

What URL precisely do you have to add to the allowed list? It isn't working for me, either...

Oh and then I went to special options on that list and alowed pop ups.
