Oops ranting about equipment, while this was about skills. Sorry.

Is it just me but hypnotism is pretty much useless. It is really not that hard to find out suspects, and still have plenty opportunities left to ask them the questions that you need.

Actually. I'm not sure if this started out as a skills post or an equipment post. It just says "items." I assumed it was for equipment.
