I have taken up a few good habits last year, that I plan to continue in the year 2006.
In 2005 I turned in to a daily 50 minute exersizer, 1 alcoholic beverage a week drinker, on most days a healthy eater yet non dieter, and added one meal a week to my cooking repertoire (http://www.rachaelraymag.com/.) I also take a lot better care of my mental health.

Oh yes, and I am an non-smoker (which is different from an ex-smoker.) I cut back from almost 2 packs a day, to none by accident. I was just going to read the book. The book fixed my psychological addiction. I fixed the nicotine addiction, which was easy and didn't hurt either. hahah. I don't encourage a smoker to quit, if they really don't want to. I do encourage every smoker to read the Alan Carr book.....and then once more decide if they feel like smoking. If you do, you definitely had more reasons that I had to smoke 1 pack or more a day for 9 years give or take.

1. More exercise (I'm on my ass doing Sleuth a lot...maybe a jog everyday for 15 minutes?)
2. Stop eating sweets so much!!! That includes chocolate, cake, cookies, candy... you know what I'm talking about
3. Eating healthier...maybe less on the late-night snacking and more on the nutritiony goodness like apples or something.

I've got a lot more, but those are the top ones.

Heh heh. :)

Finish at least two novels. Get more sold. Finish illustrating that graphic novel. Smoke at least 365 packs of cigarettes in honor of all you who've left the fold over the past year. So far I'm no schedule in all these respects.

Improve my skiing, eat less junk and stop making resolutions that I will never keep!
