Penelope is a striking Asian-American woman of Chinese descent, sporting a sleek figure and graceful mannerisms.

Penelope's stature is somewhat atypical of women, being taller and slightly bulkier then most, though still less so compared to most men. This, coupled with her unusual blood red eyes, makes her an intimidating presence even around her fellow P.I.'s.

Penelope wears a bright red blouse with buttons, and the sleeves rolled up. The rest of her outfit is completely black including long gloves, leather pants, and boots with a small heel. She also wears a necklace that slightly resembles a cross.

Personality

Penny Young is ruthless and calculative. Unlike other P.I.'s, she is more direct and intense. She also has a dark sense of humor. She seems unaffected by dangerous situations, on several occasions she has knowingly and willingly entered known criminal hangouts alone without any fear of injury and/or death, suggesting that she may secretly harbor a death wish.

Furthermore, her direct attacks cement her intense nature; she is quick to use deadly force to incapacitate someone if she feels she needs to. Despite this she is not completely comfortable with the idea of killing and will try to avoid it when possible.
