A student of the hidden arts lost to the ages, Vyce took his name as an antagonist to the very vices he was opposed to.Not that he was against consorting with the criminal element if the need arose.In fact Vyce was noted to spend times at the local taverns and dens of flith spread throughout the city;the perfect places to be where the action was and where his clients could find him easy enough when they needed him.
His goal however was to seek the lost scrolls of Holmes,tomes written by Sir Arthur before his death and reputed to be hidden with one of the mysterious organizations of the world.The fact there were many would make this a hard quest indeed..
